Hibben Negotiator II:

Based on the original custom knife by Gil Hibben, this modified shoulder harness version features a black Spanish micarta handle with nickel silver pins and a lanyard tube. The laser etched, full tang blade features a thumb notched back for better gripping power. Includes a snap-in, impact-resistant sheath with lashing grommets and a fully adjustable black nylon shoulder harness.
